Selection of a project manager for the territory of the North Central Region, which includes the following towns where renovation of residential buildings is eligible: Veliko Tarnovo, Gabrovo, Razgrad, Ruse, Silistra, Svishtov

Activities:

1) Identify buildings and assist ODU (owner(s) of a detached unit) and HOA (Homeowners association) in the process of implementing energy efficiency measures in multifamily residential buildings;

2) Carrying out an energy efficiency audit and certification under the Energy Efficiency Act (EEA) for the implementation of energy efficiency measures in approved multifamily residential buildings;

3) Assessment of the compliance of each approved multifamily residential building investment project with the existing requirement under Art. 169, par. 1, p. 6 of the Spatial Planning Act (SPA).
