Provision of consultancy services for the reporting of three projects funded under the Rural Development Programme for the 2007-2013 period with separate items:

• Lot No 1: “Management and monitoring of the project “Reconstruction of a part of the water supply network of the village of Gorno Ablanovo, Borovo Municipality,” according to Contract No 18/321/00515 of 11.05.2010”;

• Lot No 2: “Management and monitoring of the project “Reconstruction of a part of the water supply network of Batin village, Borovo Municipality,” according to Contract No 18/321/00516 of 11.05.2010”;

• Lot No 3: “Management and monitoring of the project “Reconstruction of a part of the water supply network of the village of Ekzarh Yosif, Borovo Municipality,” according to Contract No 18/321/00517 of 11.05.2010.”

Activities:

1) Assisting the municipal administration in the organization and management of the three projects;

2) Developing and/or updating rules and procedures about project management and implementation, including procurement, monitoring, and reporting, verifications, payments, and cost accounting; project appraisal, implementation of information and publicity measures, administration and reporting of irregularities;

3) Providing timely consultation and advice on all aspects of the management and implementation of the three projects.
