Activities:

1) Monitoring and informing the PIU on the correct and timely implementation of project activities;

2) Preparing project progress reports (technical and financial), identifying discrepancies and problems promptly, and proposing corrective actions to overcome them;

3) Assisting the PIU in the payment verification process and the preparation of requests for payment and their annexes;

4) Assisting and supporting the Contracting Authority in ensuring that procurement procedures are carried out lawfully during project implementation by providing an expert in tender procedures;

5) Assisting and facilitating the correct execution and reporting of contracts by the requirements of the Public Procurement Act (PPA);

6) Assisting the Contracting Authority in complying with the provisions of OPE and the requirements of the Subsidy Contract of all instructions, guidelines, regulations, orders, and other internal acts that apply in Byala Municipality and are relevant to the implementation of this project;

7) Supporting and assisting the PIU in preparing the necessary documents for unit meetings, draft decisions, and other administrative acts related to project implementation (orders, decisions, minutes, instructions, etc.);

8) Others.
