Implementation of activities under the project “Ruse Municipality – Investment attractive and energy independent,” approved for funding by Contract No 13-13-61 of 07.11.2013 under the Operational Programme “Administrative Capacity” 2007-2013 under separate items:

• Lot No 1: “Development of rules and methodologies for monitoring, control, and ex-post evaluation of the implementation of policies in the field of investment and city marketing and sustainable energy development”;

• Lot No 2: “Assessment of the development of Ruse Municipality for the 2007-2013 programme period in the context of qualitative planning of sectoral policies in the field of investment and city marketing and sustainable energy development in the next 2014-2020 programme period”;

• Lot No 3: “Development of an Investment and City Marketing Strategy of Ruse Municipality for the 2014-2020 period”;

• Lot No 4: “Development of a Sustainable Energy Development Strategy of Ruse Municipality for the 2014-2020 period”.
