Provision of consultancy services for the implementation and reporting of activities under:

• Contract No 18/321/00565 of 11.05.2010 “Reconstruction of part of the water supply network of the village of Novgrad, Tsenovo Municipality, Ruse District”; and

• Contract No 18/321/00566 from 11.05.2010 “Reconstruction of part of the water supply network of the village of Karamanovo, Tsenovo Municipality, Ruse District.”

Activities:

1) Assisting the municipal administration in the organization and management of the two projects;

2) Developing and/or updating rules and procedures about project management and implementation, including procurement, monitoring, and reporting, verifications, payments, and cost accounting; project appraisal, implementation of information and publicity measures, administration and reporting of irregularities;

3) Providing timely consultation and advice on all aspects of the management and implementation of the two projects.
