Activities:

1) Expert assistance in project management;

2) Implementation of publicity and information measures;

3) Carrying out pre-investment studies;

4) Securing the necessary environmental permits;

5) Expert assistance in carrying out the procedures under the Spatial Planning Act (SPA) and the Agricultural Land Ownership and Use Act (ALOUA) about the coordination and issuance of the necessary documents, permits, etc.;

6) Preparation of conceptual designs;

7) Development of technical designs for the reconstruction and completion of the sewerage network and reconstruction of the water supply network in the town of Dryanovo;

8) Preparation of a sludge management programme for the future UWWTP – Dryanovo;

9) Preparation of financial and economic analysis (FEA);

10) Preparation of documentation for public procurement under the Public Procurement Act (PPA);

11) Preparation of a report on the implementation of the first stage of an investment project;

12) Participation as an independent evaluator in the contracting procedures of the investment activities of the project;

13) Preparation of a final report on the execution of the contract.
