Activities:

1) Monitoring, quality control, and evaluation of the implementation of the project activities;

2) Develop a detailed action plan with timelines, key activities, responsibilities of each partner, and necessary documentation;

3) Allocation of the tasks to be performed among the other experts of the joint team;

4) Participation in the development of the terms of reference and specifications for the public procurements envisaged under the project;

5) Monitoring the implementation of the tendering contracts and the activities included in the project;

6) Preparation of Progress Reports within the project;

7) Participation during controls by the first-level controller, monitoring by programme authorities, audit authority, and others;

8) Representing the project team at the envisaged meetings at the JTS of the programme – Calarasi (Romania);

9) Participation in envisaged press conferences and project events.
