Activities:

1) Definition of milestones for project implementation;

2) Development of a monitoring plan with specific measures and responsible persons;

3) Preparation of expert financial opinions and analyses on documents and cases related to project implementation and financial reporting;

4) Monitoring and reporting on project cash flows by schedules/ payment methods set out in the Subsidy contract and contracts with contractors;

5) Verification of the implementation of information and publicity measures;

6) Preparing, organizing, and taking part in on-site inspections of the contractors of the works contracts;

7) Conducting regular meetings with the teams of the other selected project contractors;

8) Others.
