Contracting Authority: Tsenovo Municipality, Ruse District

Activities: 1) Assisting the municipal administration in the organization and management of the two projects; 2) Developing and/or updating rules and procedures about project management and implementation, including procurement, monitoring, and reporting, verifications, payments, and cost accounting; project appraisal, implementation of information and publicity measures, administration and reporting of irregularities; 3) Providing timely consultation and advice on all aspects of the management and implementation of the two projects.

Contracting Authority: Ruse Municipality, Ruse District

Activities: 1) Development of rules and methodologies for monitoring, control, and ex-post evaluation of the implementation of policies in the field of investment and city marketing and sustainable energy development; 2) Assessment of the development of Ruse Municipality for the 2007-2013 programme period in the context of qualitative planning of sectoral policies in the field of investment and city marketing and sustainable energy development in the next 2014-2020 programme period; 3) Development of an Investment and City Marketing Strategy for Ruse Municipality for the 2014-2020 period; 4) Development of a Sustainable Energy Development Strategy for Ruse Municipality for the 2014-2020 period.
